From the establishment on December 26 of 2000 to now, Fujian Hewei Chemical Co.,Ltd. has developed into a certain scale. Production scale has been expanded to 16,000t/year hydrofluoric acid from original 3,000t/year. Registered capital has increased to RMB 12.38 million from original RMB 3.13 million and company's employees have increased to 200 from 50. Our company has been listed into one of Fujian Key Enterprises. Our main products include: Industrial hydrofluoric acid, ammonium bifluoride(industrial grade), ammonium fluoride(industrial grade), sodium fluoride￡?ammonium fluosilicate and phosphofluoric acid series etc.. Our company has comparatively advanced manufacturing technique, technological level and production equipment. So we have complete product variety and comparatively high market shares. In accordance with international and domestic standard, our company's products can meet the quality requirements of different clients. Our company pays great attention to environmental protection and spent a great deal of money on the improvements of environment and working condition. Tested by Nanping Environmental Monitoring Station, various kinds of pollutants are in accordance with discharge standard. We will continue to beautify our factory and environment around our factory. Our products are widely used in glass etching, preparation of fluorine resin, dyes synthesis, flame resisting agent, organic or inorganic fluoride, distillation and extracting of rare earth, graphite and molybdenum, desanding of metal casting, metal purification, semiconductor of semiconductor, catalyst of organic synthesis and post processing of atomic fuel etc.. Fluoride salt series products has also a wide range of application, such as wood preservative, disinfectant in brewing industry, pesticide, medical preservative, jointing combustion adjuvant and fluorizating treatment of drinking water etc.. Fluorspar powder is used in filling agent of cement production to improve cement properties. Our company is high thought by users for good credit and quality service. The first and second production lines have received final acceptance quantification certificate by Nanping Environmental Protection Department respectively. From 2001 to 2002 our company had been awarded 3A grade enterprise by Pucheng branch of Agricultural Bank of China for straight two years. From 2002 to 2003 our company was chosen as the enterprise strictly abiding by the contract for straight two years. In July of 2002, our company received certificates of ISO9002 quality system certification of Britain authoritative organization and ISO14001 international environmental protection system certification. We plan to invest RMB 30 million(including RMB 4 million on environmental protection) in the 10th "five-year" plan. The following is brief introduction: 1, The first-phase project Launched together by Group 295 of Fujian Nuclear Industry and Nanping Shanhai Mining Co.,Ltd., Pucheng Nuclear Industry Shanhai Chemical Co.,Ltd. was established on December 26 of 2000. 3,000t/year hydrofluoric acid is in the plan. The factory is located in Zhangjialing of Xianyang town in Pucheng county. This project aims at looking for development thought of deep processing of fluorite resource, developing new economic growth point for Pucheng county and making full and reasonable use of local resource. Greatly supported by government, all the work of this project goes smoothly. The first-phase project was put into production in December of 2000 with a registered capital of RMB 3.13 million and legal representative of He Shourui. This project passed final acceptance in April of 2001. 2, The second-phase project The second-phase project was put into production in June of 2002 and passed final acceptance in September of the same year by Nanping Environment & Science Research Institute. In January of 2001, Nanping Shanhai Mining Co.,Ltd. withdrew the investment and Pucheng Nuclear Industry Shanhai Chemical Co.,Ltd. was renamed as Pucheng Hewei Chemical Co.,Ltd.. Legal representative was changed for Zhang Peihua, leader of Group 294, from original He Shourui. Registered capital increased to RMB 3.78 million. 3, The third-phase project The construction of 8,000t/year anhydrous hydrofluoric acid in the third-phase was completed on May 30, 2004. It received preliminary acceptance on June 2, 2004. The registered capital in the third-phase project increased to RMB 12.38 million from original 3.78 million. Since the establishment, Hewei Chemical Co.,Ltd. has received a lot of support and care from local governments. By now it has 200 employees, including more than 100 the unemployed persons and other lay-off personnel.
